  3. Knead the dough and rest it for 10 minutes..
  4. Heat oil in a cauldron/ kadhai..
  5. Roll puris out of the dough and deep fry them in oil at medium flame till golden brown..
  6. Serve hot with your favourite vegetable/ chutney/ dip..
